"Dogwood Trails Animal Hospital will be Lucy's new primary care provider. We visited recently when Lucy was suffering from some skin allergies and an ear infection. Dr. O'Keef took the time to look at all of our options going forward and recommend a plan of treatment. She took time to explain the possible causes for the allergies and how we might treat them. The staff are caring professionals and the facilities couldn't be better. Lucy and I are looking forward to a long relationship with this team."

"I had my first visit with my schnauzer at this clinic, and I couldn’t be more pleased! From the moment we arrived, I was greeted warmly and felt completely welcome. Dr. O’Keefe and her assistant Lane were incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything they would be doing in detail. My boy can be a bit anxious around strangers, but they made him feel so comfortable, and I could tell he really liked them. I’m beyond satisfied with the care and service we received, and I’m so happy I chose them for my fur baby’s care. Highly recommend!"

"Dr. O'Keefe is fantastic with my dog. He can be kind of shy around people he does not know. Dr. O'Keefe took her time with him and gave him lots of love during his visit. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand it. "This place is amazing and the staff was so friendly. They treated both of our cats with kindness even though we last minute brought the second one. This facility will become our main vet office as long as we have pets even if we move to Fayetteville it’s well worth the drive."

"If I could give Dogwood Trails a million stars I would! What an amazing place! We recently moved here and had trouble finding a good vet. We stumbled upon Dogwood Trails while driving one day and decided to try it. It’s super easy to make an appointment online and we even got a same day for our dog when he was sick. All of the staff are friendly, loving, and caring about towards pets. It’s obviously how much they genuinely care. The facility itself is gorgeous with multiple areas to sit and wait. Dr. O’Keefe is one of a kind! She goes above and beyond to take amazing care of our pets. She’s so nice, caring, and answered all of our questions. She helped our baby get better when he was sick when other vets couldn’t! Also her assistant Kimberly was incredible and so sweet to our pets! Since then we schedule all of our pets to become regulars with them! Seriously a diamond in the rough! Go run and make an appointment here because you don’t find a better place!!!!"

Personally the best experience I’ve had. 5 stars 1000% from calling to make an appointment to getting estimates for future procedures. "The facility is spotless and state of the art. Making appointments is super easy on their website or with an app. Dr O'Keefe (Audra) listens, cares and is very knowledgeable and experienced. Our dog, Marley, loves her and is very comfortable in this clinic. Lane is efficient and helpful and we are willing to drive an hour and a half to use their services. I can't imagine using anyone else if you live in the Bentonville area."
